DECLARATION
Ministry of Education and Culture
of 5 January 1960
supplementing Decree No. 39 / 1951 of the Ministry of Information and Intimacy, Ú. l. I, which is the subject of press regulations
The Ministry of Education and Culture provides in an agreement with the Ministry of Interior pursuant to § 2 of Act No. 184 / 1950 Coll., on the Issue of Magistrates and on the Union of Czechoslovak Journalists, as amended by Act No. 44 / 1958 Coll.:
Decree No 39 / 1951 of the Ministry of Information and Intimacy No. I, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union, as amended by Decree No 191 / 1951 of the Ú. I. I, shall be added as follows:
the following Section 9a is inserted after Section 9:
(1) Applications for authorisation to issue magazines pursuant to Article 5, as well as for approval of amendments concerning the conditions under which the issuer has been granted the licence to issue magazines (Article 6 (1)), shall be dealt with by the Department of Education and Culture of the Regional Committee concerned for the district newspapers and for the racing journals. be responsible for compliance with the plan for the determined quantity of paper.
(2) The consent to issue a special number (special edition) for the journals referred to in paragraph 1 shall be given by the Education and Culture Department of the relevant Regional National Committee, which shall also exercise the competence referred to in Article 8 for those journals. '
This decree shall take effect from the date of its publication.
