Government Regulation
of 16 January 1957
on the establishment of a delegation of state control. *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
In order to exercise State control in Slovakia, a delegation of state control is set up.
The detailed definition of the tasks of the national control delegation shall be determined by the government.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1957; All members of the government will do it.
