Government Regulation
of 21 December 1945
to change the interest rate on deposits to postal savings banks' books.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 19, paragraph 1 of the Act of 23 September 1930, No. 143 Coll., on the Postal Savings Room:
§ 1.
The interest rate on deposits on postal savings bank books made in new tender (§ 2, paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 19 October 1945, No. 91 Coll., on the renewal of the Czechoslovak currency) is 13 / 4%.
§ 2.
The Government Decree of 17 July 1945, No. 34 Coll., amending the interest rate on deposits to postal savings banks' books is hereby repealed.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 1945 and shall apply in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian States; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Post.
