DECLARATION
of 25 October 2010
amending Decree No 537 / 2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended
According to Section 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., (hereinafter "the Act '), the Ministry of Health provides for the implementation of Sections 45 (2), 46 (1), (2) and (6) and 47 (3) of the Act:
Decree No. 537 / 2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended by Decree No. 65 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 443 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (a), the words "against seasonal influenza," shall be deleted;
2. In Article 2 (1) (b), after the words "hepatitis B ', the comma is replaced by" a' and the words "and against seasonal influenza 'are deleted.

Regular tuberculosis vaccination
(1) Vaccination shall be carried out for children with the indications listed in Annex 3 to this Regulation. The indication for vaccination referred to in Annex 3 to this Order shall be examined by the doctor of the neonatal ward, in particular on the basis of the legal representative of the child completed by Part I of the questionnaire on the definition of tuberculosis risk, as set out in Annex 2 to this Order. The doctor of the neonatal ward shall complete part II of the questionnaire and complete the questionnaire, as part of the discharge report, to the registered physician for children and adolescents. Where the child has an indication for vaccination in accordance with Annex 3 to this Order, he shall simultaneously inform the calmetisation centre. A registered practitioner for children and adolescents, as a rule within one month of taking custody, sends a child who meets the indication in Annex 3 to this Order and who has not yet been vaccinated against tuberculosis to a calmetisation site.
(2) For children who cannot be assessed as having fulfilled the indications set out in Annex 3 to this Ordinance by a doctor of the Neonatal Department, these indications are identified at first contact with the legal representative of the child by a practitioner for children and adolescents. For the following procedure, the last sentence of paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis. ';
4. Paragraph 4 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The primary vaccination shall be carried out from the beginning of the ninth week following the birth of the child with three doses of hexavalent vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, invasive disease caused by Haemophilus influenzae b, viral hepatitis B and inactivated vaccine against transmissible polio (" hexavalent vaccine ') during the first year of life of the child, given at intervals of at least one month between doses, and the fourth dose given at least six months after the third dose. The fourth dose of hexavalent vaccine shall be administered at the latest before the 18th month of age of the child is completed. In children vaccinated against tuberculosis, the primary vaccination with hexavalent vaccine shall be carried out from the beginning of the thirteenth week following the birth of the child, but always after healing the post-vaccination reaction after vaccination against tuberculosis.';
5. In Article 4 (2), the words "with an acellular pertussis component 'shall be inserted after the words" against these infections'.
6. Paragraph 4 (8), including footnote 1, reads:
"(8) The primary vaccination of the new-born HBsAg positive mothers shall be carried out with a single dose of hepatitis B viral vaccine no later than 24 hours after the birth of the child. The vaccination of these children shall continue from the sixth week following the birth of the child according to the Summary of Product Characteristics (1) of the hexavalent vaccine.
1) Article 3 (1) of Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on Medicines and on the amendment of certain related laws (the Law on Medicines). "

Regular vaccination against pneumococcal diseases
(1) Vaccination against pneumococcal diseases with polysaccharide vaccine shall be carried out in natural persons located in long-term sick and elderly homes. In addition, vaccination against pneumococcal diseases shall be carried out in natural persons placed in homes for people with disabilities or in homes with a special regimen, where such individuals suffer from chronic non-specific respiratory disease, chronic heart, blood vessels or kidney disease or diabetes treated with insulin. Further vaccination against pneumococcal diseases should be carried out according to the Summary of Product Characteristics (1).
(2) For children with health indications listed in Annex 1 to this Regulation, vaccination with pneumococcal conjugated vaccine shall be carried out at intervals according to the Summary of Product Characteristics (1) until the age of five. In such cases, polysaccharide vaccines against pneumococcal disease may be administered as an alternative from the second year of age. '
8. Article 8 shall be deleted, including the title.
9. In Article 9 (1), the words "and for persons included in retraining courses, for the care and care of persons in social services facilities or handling of hazardous waste social services facilities and for health institutions' shall be added at the end of the second sentence.
10. Article 12 shall be deleted, including the title.
11. In Article 13, the sentence "Vaccination shall be carried out with an active immunisation vaccine according to the Summary of Product Characteristics (1) of that vaccine 'is added at the end of paragraph 1.
12. Paragraph 16 (3) is deleted.
13. The following Annexes 2 and 3 are inserted after Annex 1:

Indications for tuberculosis vaccination
1. One or both of the parents of the child or the sibling of the child or a member of the household in which the child lives had active tuberculosis.
2. The child, one or both of the parents of the child or of the sibling of the child, or a member of the household in which the child lives, was born or continuously resided for more than 3 months in a state with a higher incidence of tuberculosis than 40 cases per 100 000 inhabitants. The Ministry of Health shall publish annually a list of States with a higher incidence of tuberculosis within 30 days of the update by the World Health Organisation.
3. The child was in contact with a patient with tuberculosis.
4. The indication for vaccination is based on anamnestic data provided by the doctor of the neonatal ward or by a registered practitioner for children and the young by legal representatives of the child. "
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2010.
