of 21 December 1948
renewing certain deadlines under the Trade Mark Emergency Measures Act.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1, § 2, § 2, § 4, § 2 and § 5, § 1 of the Act of 8 May 1946, No 125 Coll., on extraordinary measures in the field of trade marks:
The time limits laid down in Sections 1, 2, 2, 4, 2 and 5 of Act No. 125 / 1946 Coll., last extended by Government Decree of 22 June 1948, No 164 Coll., extending certain time limits under the Act on Exceptional Measures in Trade Marks, shall be renewed until 30 June 1949.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1949; All members of the government will do it.
