amending Act No. 120 / 2001 Coll., on Judicial Executives and Enforcement Activities (Enforcement Order) and amending other laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 120 / 2001 Coll., on the Law No. 53 / 2004 Coll.
1. In Article 71a (1), the words "or, for an elderly child under 26 years of age, which is constantly being prepared by studying for its future occupation 'shall be added after the word" child'.
2. in Article 71a (4) (b), the words "or for an adult child under 26 years of age who is continuously preparing for his future occupation" shall be added after the word "child."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
