DECLARATION
of 20 October 2010
amending Decree No. 369 / 2009 Coll., on the details of the marketing of seed and propagating plants
According to Article 19 (15) (c) of Act No. 219 / 2003 Coll., on the circulation of seeds and propagating plants and amending certain laws (Act on the circulation of seed and seed), as amended by Act No. 96 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree No. 369 / 2009 Coll., on details of the marketing of seed and seed of cultivated plants, is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentence "Commission Directive 2010 / 21 / EU of 12 March 2010 amending Annex I to Council Directive 91 / 414 / EEC as regards specific provisions concerning clothianidin, thiamethoxam, fipronil and imidacloprid is added to the new line. '
2. In Article 22, the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) When seed has been treated with a preparation with the active substance clothianidin, thiamethoxam, fipronil or imidacloprid, the official label or label of the supplier shall indicate this, together with the risk mitigation measures provided for in the authorisation of the seed treatment preparation used. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2010.
