Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 29 April 2004
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and the following additions to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs between 1.2.2004 and 30.4.2004:
1. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 13 April 2004 for the period 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2005) concluded between
Czech Trade Union of Northwest Energists,
Trade union of nuclear workers
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
(2) Appendix 1 (of 20 February 2004) to the Sectoral Collective Agreement of the Higher Grade concluded between
Union of postal, telecommunications and newspaper staff
and
The Czech Union of Posts Employers, Telecommunications and Press Distribution.
(3) Appendix 1 (12 March 2004) to the collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between:
UNIOS union,
TRANSGAS
and
Czech Gas Union.
4. Appendix 4 (dated 2 March 2004) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
Employee association of mining and oil industry - Association of Miners of the Czech Republic.
5. Collective contract of higher degree (of 17 February 2004 for the period 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2004) concluded between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Union of employers' associations,
By bringing together apprenticeship facilities.
6. Collective contract of higher degree (for a. s. and s. r. o.) for 2004 (of 21 January 2004) concluded between
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy.
7. Collective contract of a higher degree for the woodworking, furniture, consumer industry and forestry sector (dated 26 February 2004) concluded between
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of employers of the woodworking industry.
8. Collective contract of higher degree for the furniture industry 2004 (dated 17 February 2004) concluded between
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association,
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
Association of Czech Furniture.
9. Collective contract of a higher degree (dated 28 January 2004 for the period 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2005) concluded between
KOVO Trade Union
and
The Union of foundries of the Czech Republic.
(10) Appendix 3 (of 23 January 2004) to the collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
11. Collective contract for 2004 (dated 11 December 2003) concluded between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Czech Moravian Electrical Association.
12. Collective contract for the year 2004 (dated 4 November 2003) concluded between
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of Employers Veolia Water Czech Republic.
13. Collective contract of higher degree 2004 (15 December 2003) concluded between
KOVO and the Association of Air Manufacturers.
