on the issue of a price regulation and a price decision
The Ministry of Health pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that
1. On 1 September 2023, the Ministry of Health Price Code No 9 / 2023 / OLZP amending Price Code No 2 / 2023 / OLZP was approved on the regulation of the prices of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes; the price regulation takes effect on 1 October 2023 and is published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health, amount 12 of 11 September 2023,
2. On 1 September 2023, Price Decision No 10 / 2023 / OLZP amending Price Decision No 5 / 2020 / CAU establishing a list of ATC groups with the appropriate route of submission, the price of which is not subject to price regulation; This price decision shall take effect on 1 October 2023 and shall be published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin of 11 September 2023.
