DECLARATION
of 23 September 2022
repealing certain regulations of the district offices
The Ministry of Interior provides for the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., and CXIX Point 3 of Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., as amended by Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., and Article CXIX point 3 of Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment and repeal of certain laws in connection with the cessation of the activities of the district offices:
They shall be deleted:
1. Ordinance No 4 / 1995 of the District Office of Bruntál on the integration of the municipality of Heřmanovice into the territorial district of the entrusted municipal office of the City of Albrechtice.
2. Decree No. 1 / 1996 of the District Office of Nová Jicin, which publishes the fire alarm plan of the District of Nové Jicin.
3. Decree No. 2 / 1996 of the District Office of Nová Jičín on the conditions for securing area coverage by fire protection units.
4. New Jičín District Office Regulation No 9 / 1996 on conditions for fire protection in actions involving a larger number of persons.
5. New Jičín District Office Regulation No. 10 / 1996 on conditions for fire protection at an increased risk of fires.
6. Ordinance No 9 / 1997 of the District Office of Nová Jicin on the conditions for securing water resources for fire-fighting in the territory of Nové Jicin district.
7. Order No 5 / 1999 of the District Office of Nová Jicin amending and supplementing Regulation No 1 / 1996 issuing the fire alarm plan of the District of Nové Jicin.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
