amending Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance against Public Health Insurance, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Public Health Insurance Insurance Act
Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll., No. 15 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 53 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 176 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 118 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 492 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 138 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 49 / 2002 Coll.
1. In Paragraph 3c (1), the amount "CZK 6 259 'is replaced by" CZK 7 540'.
2. In § 3c (1), "7 540 CZK 'is replaced by" 7 903 CZK'.
3. In Paragraph 21d (3), the words "and administrative delicacies' are deleted.
4. The heading of Section 21e reads:
"Forgery."
5. In Paragraph 21e (1), the words "administrative offence 'are replaced by the words" offence'.
6. In Paragraph 21e (2), the words "administrative offence 'are replaced by" offence' and the words "fine 'are replaced by" fine'.
7. In Article 21e, paragraphs 3 to 5 and 7 are deleted.
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 3.
8. In Paragraph 21e (3), the words "Administrative offence at first instance 'are replaced by" Infringement pursuant to paragraph 1'.
Efficacy
This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 2018, with the exception of Article I (1), which shall take effect on 1 January 2019, and the provisions of Article I (1) thereof. Article 2
