DECLARATION
of 19 September 2013
on the increase of pension supplements in 2014
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 8 (2) of Act No. 198 / 1993 Coll., on the illegality and resistance of the Communist regime, as amended by Act No. 220 / 2011 Coll., and under § 2 (8) of Act No. 357 / 2005 Coll., on the award of participants in the national struggle for the creation and liberation of Czechoslovakia and of some survivors after them, on the special contribution to the pension of certain persons, on the one-off amount to certain participants in the national struggle for exemption between 1939 and 1945 and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 108 / 2009 Coll.
(1) The pension supplements provided for by Government Decree No. 622 / 2004 Coll., on the provision of a supplement to the pension to alleviate certain injustices caused by the Communist regime in the social field, as amended by Government Decree No. 405 / 2005 Coll. and Government Decree No. 369 / 2007 Coll., and under Act No. 357 / 2005 Coll., on the award of participants in the national struggle for the creation and liberation of Czechoslovakia and certain survivors after them, on the special contribution to the pension of certain persons, on the lump sum of monies of certain participants in the national fight for liberation between 1939 and 1945 and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 266 / 2008 Coll. The allowances shall be increased from the payment of the pension with which they are paid due after 31 December 2013.
(2) After the increase referred to in paragraph 1, the amount of the premium shall be rounded up to the whole crown.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
