DECLARATION

laying down a model form for the publication of a notice of invitation to tender for the selection of the carrier for the conclusion of a public passenger transport service contract
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 36 (2) of Act No. 194 / 2010 Coll., on public passenger transport services and amending other laws, for the implementation of § 10 (6):
The model form for the publication of the notice of invitation to tender for the selection of the carrier for the conclusion of a public passenger transport service contract in the information system on public procurement pursuant to Section 157 of Act No. 137 / 2006 Coll., on public procurement is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Transitional provision
Until 31 December 2011, the model form for the concession notice referred to in Annex 2 to Decree No 217 / 2006 Coll., implementing the concession law, shall be used for the publication of the notice of invitation to tender for the selection of the carrier for the conclusion of a public passenger service contract.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2010.
