DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 323 / 2001 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 25 (2) (b) of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws:
§ 1 of Decree No. 323 / 2001 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, including the title:
Activities carried out by civil servants of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic
Civil servants of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic ("the Fire Rescue Corps") in employment are engaged in activities in which they are not directly involved in the exercise of the fire brigade's duties. '
Efficacy
This decree takes effect on 1 August 2005 and expires on the date of the entry into force of Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., on the amendment of the laws related to the adoption of the Act on the service ratio of members of the Security Corps, as amended.
