GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 September 2003
repealing Government Regulation No 82 / 2003 Coll., fixing the rate of import duty applicable to imports into the Czech Republic of pigmeat, as amended by Government Regulation No 169 / 2003 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 5 of Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain arrangements for the export or import of products and on licensing and amending certain laws:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 82 / 2003 Coll., fixing the rate of import duty on pigmeat originating in the Republic of Poland to the Czech Republic.
2. Government Regulation No. 169 / 2003 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 82 / 2003 Coll., fixing the rate of import duty on pigmeat originating in the Republic of Poland to the Czech Republic.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 September 2003.
