on the issue of commemorative silver CZK 200 for the 100th anniversary of the birth of Karl Svolinski
The Czech National Bank provides according to § 22 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
§ 1
(1) On the 100th anniversary of the birth of the painter and graphic artist Karel Svolinski, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of the two-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and its strength 2.4 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth. In the case of two-hundredth stamping in normal and special design, the permitted tolerance shall be up and down on average 0,1 mm and at a thickness of 0,15 mm. The permitted tolerance is up to 0,26 g in weight and 1% in silver.
§ 2
(1) There is a large national emblem of the Czech Republic located on the top of the coin. The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC" is in an unclosed copy above the bottom edge of the coin. The name of the state is lined from the top and bottom with small flowers, arranged in the shape of a necklace, which touches the state emblem on the top of both sides. Under the national emblem in the middle there is two rows indicating the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK." The mint brand that hit the two hundred crown is placed at the top of the coin in the middle of the state marker.
(2) On the reverse of the two hundred crowns is the main motif of the depiction of a bouquet of field and meadow flowers in a vase with folk decoration, depicted according to the Svolin drawing on a 20-crown bill from 1949. At the bottom and right edge of the coin, the unclosed copy of "KAREL SVOLINSKÝ 1896 • 1996" is cut in the middle by the drawing of the vase. The author of the design of the two hundred crown is academic sculptor Vladimir Oppl. The initials of his name "VO" are placed to the right of the neck of the vase.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 10 January 1996.
