Government Regulation
of 7 December 1948
adjusting the general customs duties on imports of goods.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to the Act of 16 May 1946, No 117 Coll., on the modification of the Customs Tariff during a transitional period:
The tariff schedule shall be amended as follows:
1. The following note shall be inserted after the rate of No 250:
| „Poznámka. Plachetky, nebarvené, dovážené pro chemické továrny k filtračním účelům, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. ledna do 31. prosince 1949 | 1 000.-“. |
2. The following note is inserted after the rate number 399:
| „Poznámka. Tavený (bauxitový) cement, od 1. ledna do 31. prosince 1949 | 10.–“. |
3. The following note is inserted after the rate number 418:
| „Poznámka. Keramické pletivo ke stavebním účelům, od 1. ledna do 31. prosince 1949 | 20.–“. |
