DECLARATION
of 22 June 2020
amending and repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 122 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 161 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 71 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll.
The Decree of the Regional National Committee in Breclav of 9 October 1986 No II / 1206 on the Protected Territories of Nature establishing Protected Natural Creations: Pink Hill, Anen Hill, Fox Hill, Kolby, Nosperk, Castle, Great Kuntínov, Zázmonos and Planes are amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, point 1, the entry "Kolby - for the protection of warm-water dans in the undergrowth with a quantity of protected species of warm-water vegetation 'is deleted;
2. In Article 1 (2), the entry "Kolby - K. Použany, p. No 1000 / part /, Hungary, 834, 835, 836, 3371, 3373 / part /, LZ Židlochovice, forest section 706, area 26,53 ha 'is deleted.
The decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 21 December 1987 No 17.094 / 87-VI / 2 on the declaration of protection for certain national natural reserves and protected sites is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, entries 14. 'for the reservation of "Hradčanské ponds' in Annex XIV and 18. 'for the reservation of" Kleční louky' and its protection zone in Annex XVIII 'are deleted.
2. Annexes XIV and XVIII are deleted;
The Ordinance of the Nymburca Regional National Committee of 23 June 1989 on the special protection of the territory of the Nymburk district determining protected natural creations and laying down the conditions for their protection shall be amended as follows:
1. in Article I, points 1 and 2 are deleted;
2. in Article II, points 9 and 13 are deleted;
The Decree of the Regional National Committee in Prachatice of 24 May 1989 determining protected natural creations on sites: Miletínky, U Piláta, Police, Upolíny, Marčská vrch, Žižkova Skalka, Great Niva, Zatonská hora, Stážec - Bear, Stážice rock, Fountain of the Vltava, Mileski forest, Guard - Under the Municipal Forest, Křišanov - Vyšné, Kvilda - Pod Políčky, Blánice, Vltava and their protection zones are amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, points 1, 3, 7 to 13, 15 and 17 are deleted;
2. in Article 6, point 1 is deleted;
In Article 1 of the Order of the Regional National Committee in Strakonice of 19 March 1990 amending and supplementing Article 1 of the Decree of the Regional National Committee in Strakonice of 13 November 1985 on protected natural creations in the Strakonice district, point 18 is deleted.
In Article 1 of the Decree of the Regional National Committee in Prostejov of 27 September 1990 on protected natural creations, as amended by Regulations No 14 / 2012, No 1 / 2014, No 6 / 2016, No 4 / 2017, No 6 / 2018, No 4 / 2019 and No 12 / 2019, points 5 and 6 are deleted.
The Decree of the District National Committee of Jihlava of 15 November 1990 on the conditions for the protection of small-scale protected areas, significant trees, tree groups and tree order categories of protected natural creations is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, point (1) (a), the entry "Pond: u. 27 ha. 'is deleted.
2. In Article 2 (2) and (3) of the final parts of the provision, the words, "Pond Fried 'shall be deleted.
Decree No 1 / 92 of 3 March 1992 on protected areas of nature in the district of Prachatice of the District is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (a), the words "Olšinka" and "Vltava Strana" shall be deleted;
2. in Article 1 (b), the words "burnt luh" shall be deleted;
3. In Article 1 (ad) (a), the following entries shall be added:

and

Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Regional Administrative Commission of Mikulov of 10 May 1946 No 8963 / 1 - VII, which declares natural monuments.
2. Decree of the Ministry of Education and Education of 5 November 1948 No. B-211.266 / 48- I / 3 on the establishment of a natural reservation for ppkč. 782 in the cadastral territory of Borohradek (sp. district of Rychnov nad Knežnou).
3. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 13 September 1949 No 111.322 / 49-IV / 1 on the establishment of a controlled natural reservation "Vríšovská pheasant."
4. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 3 November 1949 No 94.411 / 49-IV / 1 on the establishment of the natural reservation "Little Bezdez."
5. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 23 May 1951 No 93.082 / 51-IV / 5 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation "Lhotka u Přerov."
6. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art of 23 May 1951 No 92.896 / 51-IV / 5 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation "Čičev."
7. The proceeds of the Ministry of Culture dated 7 November 1953 No 4628 / 53 on the establishment of the State Natural and Landscape Reservation "Kokořín Mine."
8. Decree of the Ministry of Culture of 28 December 1953 No 16931 / 53-HSO / 4 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation "Great Družavy."
9. Decree of the Ministry of Culture of 4 July 1956 No 17510 / 55 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation "Chejlava."
10. Decree of the Ministry of Culture of 4 July 1956 No 25908 / 1955 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservation "Tíšice."
11. Proceeds of the Regional National Committee in Vsetín of 30 May 1966 No 387 / 66 on the establishment of the Protected Natural Creation of the "Worm Rock (Wall)" and the Protected Natural Creation of the "Pultino Rock."
12. Decree of the Regional National Committee in Cheb of 14 December 1989, which designates the Protected Natural Creation "Lužné potok."
13. Decree of the Regional National Committee in Chrudim of 21 November 1990 No 24 / 1990 on the establishment of the Protected Natural Creation of "Kanyk Mountain."
14. Ordinance of the District Office of Chomutov of 20 May 1992 determining the Protected Natural Creation of "Rašovická Rocks."
15. Ordinance of the Regional Office of Cheb of 1 August 1998 No RU / 3179-479 / 98 on the establishment of the Natural Reserve "Bystřín."
16. Nymburk Regional Office Regulation of 1 December 2002 No 2 / 02 on the establishment of a specially protected area - Natural reserve "Under Venice Hill."
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 July 2020.
