Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that the Agreement on the rules governing the transit of troops by the Organization of the North Atlantic Treaty (NATO) and other States participating in the Partnership for Peace through the Czech Republic in connection with the operation "IMPLEMENTATION FORCE" was negotiated by exchange of letters of 18 and 21 December 1995 in Brussels and Prague.
The Agreement entered into force on 22 December 1995.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defence.
