on the announcement of the basis for calculating the remuneration of the representatives of the local authorities pursuant to Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment), as amended, Act No. 129 / 2000 Coll., on Regions (regional establishment), as amended, and Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the City of Prague, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior declares pursuant to § 73 paragraph 4 of Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal establishment), as amended by Act No. 418 / 2023 Coll., § 48 paragraph 4 of Act No. 129 / 2000 Coll., on counties (regional establishment), as amended by Act No. 418 / 2023 Coll., and § 54 paragraph 4 of Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague, as amended by Act No. 418 / 2023 Coll., the basis for calculating the remuneration of representatives of the local authorities for the year 2025 of the amount of CZK 44 943.
