On 6 September 2023, the Constitutional Court decided under Sp. Pl. ÚS 31 / 23 in plenary, composed of the President of the Court of Josef Boxy and Judges Jaromír Jirsy (Rapporteur), Veronica Christian, Tomáš Lichovník, Kateřina Ronovská, Radovana Suchanka, Vojtěch Šimíček, David Uhír, Jan Winter and Jiří Zemánek on the proposal of the JUDr Roman Heinz, Ph.D., Director of the Regional Office of the South Moravian Region, on the abolition of the Order of the Municipality of Holubice No 1 / 2019, with the participation of the Municipality of Holubice 61, as a party to the proceedings,
as follows:
I. Article 3 (1) of Regulation No 1 / 2019 of the Municipality of Holubice, Market Regulation of 24 October 2019 shall be deleted from the date of publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
II. To the remaining extent, the proposal is rejected.
