The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces, pursuant to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the duties of representatives of the State Government and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under Act No. 359 / 2014 Coll., and Act No. 316 / 2018 Coll., for the year 2020, the payment base for judges of CZK 100 872.
