on certain measures in the punk trade.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The persons referred to in Article 28 (1) of the Law of 16 December 1927, No 2 of 1928, on the purity and puncality of platinum, gold and silver goods (punk law), are required to submit platinum, gold and silver goods and goods containing 333 / 1000 or 250 / 1000 gold, which they hold in stock, unless they have been presented for punk control to stop the punk service, or if they have been designated under the rules of a foreign State, within two months of the date of the publication of this Act to designate the official mark of the authority responsible for testing of the purity and the legal status of such goods, otherwise such goods shall be considered as non-puncapped.
(1) By the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this Act, the validity (applicability) of the Government Decree of 26 September 1940, No 381 Coll., amending and supplementing the Law of 12 March 1948, Decree of the Minister of Public Works of 28 December 1940, No 26 Coll. of 1941, on the establishment of an official hallmark for goods containing 333 / 1000 gold, and Section 3 of the Government Decree of 12 March 1948, No 29 Coll., amending and supplementing the implementing provisions on punk fees.
(2) Goods containing 333 / 1000 gold bearing the official mark provided for in Decree No. 26 / 1941 Coll. may be sold, stored or sent after the period referred to in paragraph 1.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister of Industry in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
