amending Act No. 433 / 2023 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2024
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 433 / 2023 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2024 is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), "2 192 035 985 673 'is replaced by" 2 222 035 985 673', "252 000 000 000 'is replaced by" 282 000 000' and "256 390 943 010 'is replaced by" 286 390 943 010'.
2. In Annex No 1, "2 192 035 985 673 'is replaced by" 2 222 035 985 673', "- 252 000 000 000 'is replaced by" - 282 000 000' and "256 390 943 010 'is replaced by" 286 390 943 010'.
3. In Annex 3, "273 618 679 558 'is replaced by" 303 618 679 558' and "2 192 035 985 673 'is replaced by" 2 222 035 985 673'.
4. In Annex 4, Chapter 396, State debt "256 390 943 010 'is replaced by" 286 390 943 010'.
5. In Annex 4, Chapter 398, General Treasury, "273 618 679 558 'is replaced by" 303 618 679 558' and "11 840 820 000 'is replaced by" 41 840 820 000'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
