GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 April 2004
repealing Government Regulation No 161 / 2002 Coll., determining the amount of public-interest expenditure of the State Budget by decision of the Presidents of both chambers of Parliament or of the Prime Minister
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic:
Government Regulation No 161 / 2002 Coll., determining the amount of public-interest expenditure of the state budget by decision of the Presidents of both chambers of Parliament or of the Prime Minister, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
