amending Decree No. 75 / 2000 Coll., implementing Act No. 363 / 1999 Coll., on Insurance and amending certain related acts (Insurance Act)
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 18 (4) of Act No. 363 / 1999 Coll., on Insurance and on the amendment of certain related laws (Insurance Act):
In Article 3 (2) of Decree No. 75 / 2000 Coll., implementing Act No. 363 / 1999 Coll., on Insurance and amending certain related acts (Insurance Act), the figure "4 'is replaced by the figure" 2,4'.
Transitional provision
The insurance undertaking shall apply the new fixed rate of technical interest rate referred to in Article I at the latest for insurance contracts negotiated from 1 January 2004.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
