GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 March 2000
suspending the measures under Government Decree No. 14 / 2000 Coll., prohibiting flights between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia
The Government hereby orders pursuant to Article 1 of Act No. 304 / 1999 Coll., on measures relating to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia:
The effectiveness of the measure pursuant to § 1 to 4 of Decree of the Government No 14 / 2000 Coll., concerning the ban on flights between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia shall be suspended until 31 March 2001.
Government Decree No. 79 / 2000 Coll., suspending measures under Government Decree No. 14 / 2000 Coll., prohibiting flights between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
