The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 19 November 1996, in plenary, on the proposal of a group of 29 Members of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to repeal the generally binding Order of the City of Vysoký nad Jizerou No 5 of 25 July 1994 concerning the prohibition of agitation and promotion of KSČM and of the movement and parties expressing sympathy for communism
as follows:
The general binding decree of the City of Vysoký nad Jizerou No 5 of 25 July 1994 on the prohibition of agitation and promotion of KSČM and of the movement and parties expressing sympathy for communism shall be repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
