Decree of the Ministry of the Interior, which further regulates certain employment relations, uniform and rank of members of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic

adjusting in more detail certain employment relations, uniform and rank of members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Interior according to § 101 (a), (b) and (d) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 425 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 203 / 1994 Coll. (hereinafter "the Act ') provides:

PROVISION OF THE STRAINTS, LETTING OF THE STRAINTS AND EVALUATION MARKS
§ 9
Engineering components
(1) Individual types of uniforms and their accessories are called fittings. The colour and design of the equipment components shall be determined by the head office of the College in the form of catalogue sheets and technical documentation.
(2) The equipment components are:
(a) working uniform I, II,
(b) social uniform,
(c) uniform accessories,
d) Service belt, sports kit, sports shoes.
The working uniform I and II and the social uniform shall be those set out in Annex 2, which shall form part of this decree.
§ 10
Carrying of equipment
(1) Organizational parts of the College provide the members of the Board with equipment components under Paragraph 43 (1) of the Act.
(2) The provision of a service bag and a service belt shall be authorised by the Director or by the Fire Board, depending on the nature of the duties.
(3) A social uniform is worn by members on festive occasions, meetings with foreign guests, repreationations abroad, negotiations with representatives of the State and at the direction of the Director or the Fire Council.
(4) Members wear black shoes or winter shoes of a simple shape without conspicuous ornaments, a member of a black boat, in winter their own ankle shoes or high winter boots (boots) in black colour of a simple shape without conspicuous ornaments.
(5) Members may wear a black bag without conspicuous ornaments for work and social uniform, members may wear a black purse without conspicuous ornaments.
(6) Members may wear a T-shirt only for working uniform II, a sweater or a shirt equipped with shoulder straps with a tie and a tie buckle for working uniform I and II. The jacket and shirt with tie and tie buckle can be worn only for working uniform I and social uniform. He wears a white shirt with a tie and tie buckle to his jacket. For work uniform I may, with the agreement of the Director or the Chief Fire Council, wear a short-sleeve shirt fitted with shoulder straps without a tie with the button on the neck.
(7) A cap with a label for members or a hat for members may be worn for all equipment components of the working uniform I and the social uniform.
(8) Combine working uniform I and II and social uniform with other equipment components and shall not be permitted between each other. This does not apply to the common equipment components listed in Annex 5, which are part of this Decree.
(9) Members shall keep the assigned equipment components in good and usable condition and shall always be properly designed and modified. The Director or the Chief Fire Board may designate the members of the uniform uniform uniform dress.
§ 11
Authorisation to wear a uniform
In order to wear a uniform with the designation of the most recent rank after retirement, release for public office or in other similar cases, the written consent of the competent Director or the Fire Council shall be required. This approval shall be given to the directors and representatives of the Fire Council by the Fire Council, the Minister of the Interior, to the Fire Council.
§ 12
Rank marking and uniform accessories
(1) The members shall bear the rating marks on the equipment components. The method of marking and bearing the marks is set out in Annex 3, which is part of this decree.
(2) The same-cut accessories and their wearing are listed in Annex 3, which is part of this Decree.
(3) The wearing of honours, ribbon honours and badges is set out in Annex 4, which is part of this decree.
§ 13
Relief from the obligation to carry equipment components
(1) During pregnancy, a member does not wear a uniform.
(2) In cases justified by the medical condition of the member, the Director or the Chief Fire Board may decide, on the advice of the medical officer, which parts the members do not carry for a specified period of time.
(3) Members may, when travelling by service means of transport or by mass means of transport, put down their mantle, hat and jacket. When travelling in urban mass transport vehicles, members can put off their hat (hat) or cap and unbutton their jacket. When leaving the means of transport, the member shall be properly dressed.
Provision of equipment components and classification in equipment standards
§ 14
The Director or the Chief Fire Board shall, for the purposes of dress up, designate members of the equipment standards according to their function.
(a) to the equipment standard; A shall be designated as members of the service in the Corps,
(b) the members who, after most of their working time, perform work in the bodies and equipment of the College shall be designated by standard B;
(c) the members who, for the most part of their working time, carry out work, in particular outside the premises and equipment of the College, shall be designated by standard C.
§ 15
(1) Device components shall be provided to members, as a general rule, on the first day of the calendar month following the end of the probationary period, when first fitted. The Director or the Chief Fire Board may authorise the provision of equipment before the end of the trial period. At the time of first fitting, members shall be entitled to all the equipment components listed in Annex 5 which are part of this Order.
(2) In addition, members shall be entitled to the equipment components listed in Annex 5, which are part of this Order, of their choice, within the limits of the appropriations. The points assigned shall express the relative equivalent of the quantity of equipment components that a member may choose during one calendar year and shall be:
- for standard A 3700 points,
- for standard B 4000 points,
- for standard C 4800 points.
(3) Allocated points may be transferred between years only with the agreement of the Director or the Fire Council.
(4) The members shall be responsible for making the choice of equipment components to the extent of the points assigned, as required by the nature of the tasks they perform.
(5) The Director or the Chief Fire Board may designate equipment components which a member shall be obliged to remove within the limits of the allocated items, provided that the required equipment components do not correspond to the nature of the tasks he carries out. Where a member has already exhausted the assigned items in a given year, the equipment components which the member is obliged to remove shall be provided from the items which would be due to him in the next period.
§ 16
(1) In the event of destruction, loss or theft not caused by a member, spare parts shall be provided outside the scope of the assigned points.
(2) Exceptional provision of equipment components shall be decided by the competent Director or the Fire Board. This is without prejudice to the provisions on compensation under the special rules.
(3) In the event that the destruction, loss or theft of equipment components is caused by a person's negligence or intentionally, the equipment shall not be provided to him outside the scope of the appropriations. In this case, the components shall be provided for cash.
§ 17
(1) Where the total period of interruption exceeds 30 calendar days, the points allocated shall be reduced by deducting 1 / 12 from the value of the points allocated to that training standard for every 30 days in which the interruption took place.
(2) For the purposes of this measure, interruption of employment shall mean, in particular, the period of time for which the person was not paid or for which he was receiving sickness insurance benefits replacing income forgone or maternity benefits, and the period of exercise of custody if the prosecution has not been suspended or ended with a final acquittal judgment. The total period of interruption shall be determined by the sum of the individual days during which the interruption took place during the calendar year.
(3) A member who has made the selection of equipment components to the extent of the points allocated and whose total duration of employment has exceeded 30 calendar days shall be reduced in the manner referred to in paragraph 1 in the following calendar year.
§ 28
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1996.

5) Entitlement shall not arise if members and members are relieved of physical preparation.
(6) Proprietary marks shall be given to members and members of each promotion or, if the Director so decides, to do so.
(7) The competent director or the Fire Council shall decide on the provision of such equipment according to the nature of the work carried out. The replacement of these equipment components shall take place after the loss of their function.
