DECLARATION
of 20 October 2015
on the definition of nature conservation zones of the Protected Landscape Areas of Brda
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 27 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Definition of zones
(1) Tiered nature conservation zones (hereinafter referred to as "the zone") are defined in the territory of the Protected Landscape Area Brdy1).
(2) The indication of the boundaries of the zones on the basis of the cadastral map, including the electronic form, is contained in the central list of nature protection2).
(3) The indicative graphical representation of zones in the territory of the Protected Landscape Area of Brdy is given in the Annex to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
