DECLARATION
Ministry of Justice

amending and supplementing Decree No. 576 / 1991 of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic Coll., on the establishment of branches of certain regional and regional courts, as amended
The Ministry of Justice pursuant to § 33 (5) of Act No. 335 / 1991 Coll., on Courts and Judges, provides:
Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic No. 576 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of branches of certain regional and district courts, as amended by Decree No. 71 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 178 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 1 / 1994 Coll. and Decree No. 235 / 1994 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in § 4b (a), the following words shall be inserted after the words "county courts": "in Jeseník,"
2. in § 4b (g), the following shall be inserted after the words "district courts": "in Jeseník,."
3. in Article 4b (h), the following shall be inserted after the words "Judge of the District Courts": "in Jeseník," the following shall be inserted after the words "the opposition of the district courts':" in Jeseník, '.
4. The following Sections 6c and 6d are inserted after Section 6b:
"District Court in Bruntál - Branch Office in Krnov
In the district of the District Court in Bruntala, its branch is established with its registered office in Krnov.
District Court in Bruntále - Branch Office in Krnov
(a) acts, with the exception of matters of detention, proceedings on criminal offences in which a special law provides for the substantive jurisdiction of the District Courts, where the offence has been committed or for other reasons is given local jurisdiction under a special regulation (2) in the municipalities of Arnultovice, Bartultovice, Bohushová, Brantice, Buchavka, Tbykov, Chakova, Girlie Castle, Lower Povelice, Dubnice, Heynov, Hlinovice, Holčovice, Horní Povolice, Hostik, Horní, Hrůvá, Hynčice, Janov, Jedřich, Karlov, Krnov, Koderno, Lichnov, Linhart, Lipn, Matìjovice, Jelaha, Pitávna, Rudává, Rudíkov, Rudíkov, Rusice, Silšské Pavlovice, Silské, Šenské, Slouvy, Rání, Svovýchovy, Rálová vění, a, Rávěstá@@
(b) decide in civil proceedings, with the exception of cases with international implications, in cases where the participant's residence or registered office is governed by local jurisdiction under the special rule (1), shall be the municipalities referred to under (a). ";
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
