issued pursuant to § 123 (2) of the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll., and § 56 (2) of Act No. 36 / 1964 Coll., on the organisation of courts and the election of judges, as amended by Act No. 156 / 1969 Coll., in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance of the Prices and Wages of the Czech Republic and the Czech Trade Union of Justice Workers and Economic Arbitration Decree of 2 July No. 810 / 90 - org. This decree sets out the pay rules for judges from the profession of district and county courts, state notaries, judicial and notarial candidates.
The yield shall take effect on the day of its publication. It will be published in the Collection of Instructions and Communications of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic in the amount of 3 / 1990.
The yield can be viewed in all courts and state notaries in the Czech Republic.
