on the provisional application of certain provisions of Annex A, Act X-Czechoslovakia, annexed to the Protocol on the conditions for access to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, negotiated on 10 October 1949.
According to the Government Decree of 10 November 1949, No 292 Coll., on the provisional implementation of certain international conventions related to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, I declare in the Agreement with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade:
On 1 January 1950, the provisions of Annex A, Act X- Czechoslovakia, annexed to the abovementioned Protocol on the conditions of access relating to the following items of the Czechoslovak Customs Tariff shall become provisionally effective:
1), 2a), ex 131 (b) sardines, 155 (b), for goods originating in all countries enjoying the most favourable tariff advantages on importation into the Czechoslovak customs territory.
These countries have been acceded to since 1 January 1950 by the Republic of Haiti.
