Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 292 / 2024 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Field of Prices, as amended, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act No. 300 / 2022 Sb., on the Determination of the Value of the Internal Income Rates, as amended, pursuant to § 6 of the Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on the Act No. 24, on the Support of Energy, and the Decree No. 189 / 2022 Sb., on the Definition of the Development of Supported Energy Resources, and the Decree No. 300 / 2022 Sb. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 7 / 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 26 September 2024 in the amount of 9; price decision No 8 / 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 26 September 2024 in the amount of 10; and price decision No 9 / 2024 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 September 2024 in the amount of 11. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. The price decisions shall become effective on 1 January 2025.
