GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 September 2022
on increasing certain foster care benefits and provision allowance pursuant to Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social Protection of Children, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 58b (1) of Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social Protection of Children, as amended by Act No. 401 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 363 / 2021 Coll.:
Contribution to the child's needs
(1) The amount of the contribution to the child's needs shall be for the calendar month:
(a) 6 290 CZK for a child under the age of 6,
(b) 7 750 CZK for a child aged between 6 and 12,
(c) 8 870 CZK for a child aged between 12 and 18,
(d) 9 220 CZK for children aged between 18 and 26.
(2) If it is a child who is dependent on the assistance of another natural person under the Social Services Act, the allowance shall be:

Recruitment allowance
The amount of the allowance on taking over a child shall be:
a) up to 6 years, 10 800 CZK,
b) from 6 to 12 years, 12 150 CZK,
c) from 12 to 18 years, 13 500 CZK.
Entitlement allowance
(1) The amount of the recurring provision allowance is CZK 17 250 per calendar month.
(2) The amount of the one-off provision allowance is CZK 28 750.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2022.
