The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 4 to the Collective contract of a higher degree for the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2018 concluded for the period from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021 between
Union of employees of trade, logistics and services
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic;
2. Collective contract of higher degree concluded between 1.1.2021 and 31.12.2021
