Government Regulation No. 292 / 2015 Coll.

In order to ensure the conservation of the nature and landscape of part of the territory of the Brno Highlands, the Protected Landscape Area of Brdy is declared.

(1) The mission of the protected landscape area is to preserve and restore its natural environment, in particular ecosystems including wild fauna and flora, to preserve and restore the ecological functions of the territory and to preserve the typical nature of the landscape while developing an environmentally optimal system of land use and its natural resources.

(2) The protection of the protected landscape area is harmonically shaped mainly by the forest landscape of Brdské výština with preserved ecological functions, with a typical landscape impact with no forest enclaves and minimal settlements, together with the natural values of the landscape consisting in the scope and quality of natural and semi-natural communities characteristic of the Brdské landscape, in particular knee-free and animal meadows, heaths, pestles, springs, wetlands, rocks and natural forest communities, and associated rare and particularly protected species of plants and animals. Paleontological sites and geological and geomorphological sites are also the subject of protection, in particular the manifestations of freezing ripening, rock starting, stone seas and rubble, as well as natural habitat types and species for which European sites have been declared in the protected landscape area.

(1) The Protected Landscape Area is situated in Central Bohemian and Pilsen regions.

(2) The territorial demarcation and description of the border of the protected landscape area are set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

(3) An indicative graphical representation of the protected landscape area is given in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

The territory of the protected landscape area is divided into 4 zones of graduated nature conservation.

(1) The entire territory of the protected landscape area is possible only with the prior consent of the competent nature conservation authority

(a) adjust the watercourses, in particular to create new transverse obstacles, steps and thresholds, or to move the sediment;

b) de-mud ponds and other water tanks and store extracted sediment;

(c) carry out an air application of biocides and fertilisers and aeronautical liming;

(d) remove lithoral crops and floating or immersed vegetation of ponds and other water tanks;

(e) to declare a new fishing area on watercourses and water tanks;

(f) conduct field interventions to collect paleontological findings and minerals;

(g) define pedestrian, cycling, equestrian, cross-country and other similar routes, routes and paths;

(h) organise and organise actions involving more than 100 participants outside the established territory of the municipality, excluding activities directly linked to the provision of defence or State security, in particular through training or training of armed forces or security forces;

(i) carry out marking of rock-climbing terrain and maintenance of rock-climbing equipment, including permanent fasteners; or

(j) conduct climbing activities outside the climbing terrain marked in accordance with point (i).

(2) On the territory of the III zone of the protected landscape area, activities may be carried out only with the agreement of the competent nature conservation authority, which may reduce surface or groundwater levels in peat, spring and alder areas.

(3) Geological work, mining activities and activities carried out in a mining manner in a protected landscape area must not prejudice the typical relief of the landscape, its aquatic regime and ecological stability, significant geomorphological bodies or other living and inanimate elements of nature.

This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2016.

The protected landscape area of Brda is located in the cadastral territories of Bohtěn, Borovna in Bránek, Borovna in Brádek, Brděch in Brděch, Buková near Rožmital under Třemšín, Čechev in Brdy, Drahlán in Bránek, Felbabka in Brádek, Hoděměl, Horošice, Huta under the Thřemšín, Hvodědek in Brdy, Míšov, Míšov in Brdy, Jítov, Nepomuk in Brdy, Nové Mitrovice, General in Brdůny, Brdě, Brdůženice in Brdůny, Trány, Tráhy v Brdě, Míšov, Míšov in Brdy, Mítov, Nepomuk v v v Brdy, Nové Mitrovice, generí v Brůžice, Brůžice, Brůžice, Brůže věce v Bránek, Brůžice, Brůžice, Br@@

The border of the protected landscape area leads from the southeast edge of the parcel no. 580 k. ú. Mítov along the road III / 1782 direction Mítov, passes through the village Mítov and continues along the road (along the eastern edge of the parcel no. 1462 / 2 k. ú. Hořečích, no. 872 k. ú. Mítov and no. 1462 / 1 k. Hořečice) to the southern edge of the village. From the road he turns north around the village of Hořezky along the border of the forest (plot No 1456 / 1 k. k. hořešků), crossing the forest road (plot No 1458 k. ú. Hořešků) and then along the eastern border of the village, along the edge of the forest (western border of the plot No 1584 k. ú. Hořešků), passing through the road (plot No 1460 / 1 k. hořezků) and then along the eastern border of the parcel No 87 / 11 k. Hořezků, passing through the forest along the north edge of the lot No 1413 / 1 k. Hoříše. Further it continues along the forest border to the east about 815 m, then passes through the northern edge of the plots No 1413 / 6, 1413 / 7, 1413 / 8 and 1413 / 9 k. Hořezkých and continues along the northern border of the lots No 1413 / 1 k. Hořezkých, along which they hold another about 1.3 km. It then continues along the edge of the forest (northern boundary of the parcel No 137 / 1 k. Borovna), through the parcel No 111 k. Borovna and along the northern edge of the parcel No 126 / 15, 126 / 16 and 126 / 12 k. Borovna. It is also held at the edge of the forest, passing between lots No 126 / 13 and No 126 / 14. Borovna and along the north edge of the lot No 137 / 1, No 126 / 3 and again No 137 / 1. On the southwest edge of the village Borovna passes along the eastern and northern edges of plots No 134 and 135. Borovna along the forest and along the edge of lots No 137 / 1, 141 / 3 and 141 / 1. Borovna heads up to road III / 1783. The border of the protected landscape area leads along the road towards Nové Mitrovice about 250 m, then turns along the field road towards the north along the western edge of the plots No 279 / 3 and 280 kw. Borovna and then turns in the southeast direction along the field draw (north edge of the lots No 279 / 1 and 284 / 6 kw. Borovna) and avoids the installation in the part of the village of Lower Borovna, where it leads along the southeast edge of the lot No 289 ku. Borovna and north edge of the lots No 274 / 1 and 207 kw. Borovna. It then turns north and along the draw and then the edges of the forest (the western border of lots No 540 and 538 k. u. Borovna) heads up to I / 19. On the southern edge of this road, the direction of Příbram continues about 150 m (south-west edge of the plots No 547 / 117, 547 / 60 and 547 / 120 K. Borovna). Then it turns from the road in the north direction and continues along the edge of the forest, which forms the boundary k. At the southeast edge of the village Číčov turns the border of the protected landscape area in the eastern direction, passes in a short section about 100 m through the forest and then again sticks to the edges of the forest, or in the short sections through the forest, and continues along the border k. ú. Burice / Borovna in Brdy and then k. Běřice / Číčev in Brdy first to the east and then around the tip of the forest to the west. South of the village of Visky turns again to the east and to the border k. ú. Trokavec / Čechev in Brdy and then Trokavec / Trokavec in Brdy leads along the edge of the forest, then turns to the north and continues to the border k. ú. Trokavec / Cinnamon in Brdy, Trokavec / Štátov in Brdy and then Štětov / Štětov in Brdy. Another 21 km, the border of the protected landscape area is held by the edges of the forest and the border of the area. Gradually - Cinnamon / Štítov in Brdy, Cinnamon / Cinnamon in Brdy, Cinnamon / Mirošov in Brdy, Mirošov / Dobřev in Brdy, Dobřív / Dobřev in Brdy and Svošice / Dobřív in Brdy - while walking from the east of the village Štítov, Skřice, Mirošov and Dobřov. The border of the protected landscape area is identical to the border of the abovementioned cadastral territories only after the intersection of roads II / 117 and III / 11726. From the intersection the border of the protected landscape area south-east along road III / 11726 turns towards Strasice. After 350 m, along the ponds on the western edge of the village of Strašice, the direction of the south (along the western edge of the plots No 599 and 613 k. ú. Strasice and along the border of the eastern edge of the parks No 620, 641 / 7 and 641 / 1 k. ú. Strasice is then separated after the crossing of the river Klabava and continues against the current of this stream along the northeastern edge of the lots No 642 / 3, 642 / 6 and 642 / 19 k. At the point of contact with the parcel No 939 / 1 k. u. Scarection separates the boundaries of the protected landscape area and passes through the parcel No 642 / 19 k. Scarection about 150 m to the southeast (along the northeast edge of the parcel of land cadastral area No 642 / 5 k. Scarection), then turns northeast along the parcel of land cadastral parcel No 643 and 648 k. oce. It then turns around on the eastern edge of the parcel No. 661 / 6 k. u. Scarection to the south, passes through the meadow and is connected to the border k. ú. Scarecrow / Good in Brdy and Scarecrow / Scarecrow in Brdy. Following this border, the municipality of Strasice comes from the east and holds on to it after crossing with the forest route (plot No 334 k. ú. Here it separates itself from the cadastral border and continues along this road (north-east edge of the plot No. 334 k. u. In the vicinity of the southeast edge of the Tisý pond, there is continued along the west edge of the parcel no. 244 k. ú. Scarection in Brdy and then along the north edge of the parcel no. 263 k. ú. Scarecrow in Brdy and 111 / 1 Tone in Brdy, where in the forest the meeting point with the lot no. 493 / 2 k. ú. Těna is connected again to the border of the cadastral. Following this border (k. u. Týna / Týna in Brdy) and along the edge of the forest leads the border of the protected landscape area to the New pond. This pond passes from the south along the southern edge of the lots No 128 / 4, 128 / 5 k. ú. Těna v Brdy and the eastern edge of the lots No 128 / 7 k. ú. Zajechev v Brdy and the western edge of the lots No 3 / 1 k. ú. Zajechev v Brdy. From the northern tip of the pond, the border of the protected landscape area leads to the western border of the parcel no. 2 K. Zajechev in Brdy on road III / 11719 and continues along road III / 11719 towards Zajechev. The border of the protected landscape area then diverts from the road to the southeast at the point where the border of Zajechev / Zajechev in Brdy also diverges at the pond of Høman, and continues along that border along the edge of the forest in the southern and then northeast direction. At the tip of the forest complex on the southern edge of Zajekov at the meeting point of the border k. Zajechov / Zajechev in Brdy / Kván, then continues along the border k. At the crossing point of the border k. Ou. Kván / Zajechov in Brdy / Malá Víska in Brdy is then held along the cadastral border Kvan / Malá Víska in Brdy and while crossing with another cadastral border then first along the border k. Ou. Ú. by a field road under the Novinské pond towards Podluhy about 860 m, then diverts along the road III / 1148 to the south and behind the settlement of the newspaper ducts east into the forest and connects to the border k. Following this border, which passes through the forest south of the village Podluhy leads to road III / 1149, here it turns southeast and continues along and along the border k. Following this border the village of Felbabka from the west, at the point of crossing K. ú. Felbabka / Felbabka in Brdy / Podluhy in Brdy / Křešín / Křešín in Brdy on the southwest edge of the village the border of the protected landscape area continues along the border of k. ú. Křešín / Křešín in Brdy forest route to the southwest about 115 m, then turns east, crossing the road and returns back to the edge of the forest. Further leads to the border k. At the southeast edge of the village, just behind the swimming pool, the border of the protected landscape area along the edge of the forest to the south and continues along the border of the k. ú. Křešín / Křešín in Brdy, crossing the road III / 1149 and the village Křešín passes from the west. It passes southeast of Křešín and connects to the border k. Ojce / Křešín in Brdy, continues along the border of the forest and k. Křešín / Křešín in Brdy and then Obrázenice near Jinec / Křešín in Brdy, to the road III / 03012, which continues about 180 m west. Behind the estate on the edge of the forest, he turns south along the forest edge. It continues along the border k. ú. Opazenice near Jinec / Opazenice in Brdy and passes west and south of the village of Opazenice, then heading southeastern to the cadastral border of Opazenice near Jinec / Jince in Brdy through the valley of Opazenice creek, at the southern foot of Vystrkov hill turns along the border k. ú. At the north foot of Vystrkov, it separates itself from the cadastral border for a while and runs shortly along the north edge of the plot 1353 / 1 k. u. Following the cadastral border leads to the edge of the forest and continues along the north-east edge of the plots No 1651 and 1652 k. Jince and further along the eastern edge of the lot No 1353 / 1 k. Jince and the southern edge of the lots No 1661 k. Jince. Next goes around plot No. 1662. It then copies a short section (approx. 265 m) of the border k. ú. Jince / Jince in Brdy along the edge of the forest stepi and then continues along the eastern edge of the parcel no. 1364 / 48 k. It then joins again on the border k. ú. Jince / Jince in Brdy passes through about 105 m of forest-steppes and turns the east direction of Jince on the road, after about 140 m turns along the forest road south along the eastern border of plot no. 877 kw. Jince in Brdy, heading southwest to the road which leads further about 50 m southwest direction and then turns southeast into the forest and continues along the northeastern border of plot no. 936 and 256 kw. It crosses the forest path (plot No 469 ku. Jince in Brdy) and continues in the same direction along the north edge of the plot No. 262 kw. The complex of buildings on the outskirts of Junic passes from the south along the northern edge of the plot No 263 ku. Jince in Brdy, along this border passes through the forest to the road which passes and continues along the outskirts of the forest under the construction of the Jince (Královky) on the northern edge of the plot No. 265 kw. Jince in Brdy. It is then connected again to the cadastral border of Jince / Jince in Brdy and later Chenkov near Pribrama / Jince in Brdy. Following this border at the edge of the forest, the village of Chenkov passes from the southwest and along the railway line No. 200 turns south. Subsequently, it gradually copies the borders of the Czech Republic. It then leads to the border k. It is then connected again to the border k. Ou. Drahlín / Drahlín in Brdy and continues along the edge of the forest along the border k. Ou. Drahlín / General in Brdy and after the border k. The village of Úběnice passes from the west and to the south at the point of connection to road III / 1185 is situated along this road and along the cadastral border to the southwest, after about 960 m at the intersection continues along the road and the cadastral border to the east about 650 m, at the point of installation it turns along the edge of the forest towards the southeast and then along the forest road along the border k. ú. Following the border of the town of Orlov / Brdy, the border of the village of Orlov is passed from the west, and then along the forest road to the southwest to the estate of U Slanina. Here it passes from the west, continues about 260 m southeast on road III / 1189 towards Kozicin and then turns again into the forest to the south. Further continues through the forest along the border k. Ou. Orlov / Boděny in Brdy to the south and Ou. Bohutěn / Boděn in Brdy to the southwest, crossing the road, the settlement U Prokopa passes from the south along the edge of the parcel no. 243 / 1 k. Bohutěn and continues along the border k. Ou. Boděn / Boděn in Brdy further through the forest to the south. It then copies the border k. ú. Láz / Municipal Hall in Brdy, Láz / Láz in Brdy and Láz / Vranovice in Brdy, while circumventing the edge of the village Láz from the north and part of the village Horní Láz from the west. It crosses the road III / 0181 and continues along the forest and through the woods along the border k. Láz / Vranovice in Brdy and k. Vranovice under Tremšín / Vranovice in Brdy, along the cadastral border passes from the north part of the farm buildings belonging to the village Vranovice. It still leads along the cadastral border through the field route and then through the meadow to the place where the parcels No 337 / 2 K. Vranovice in Brdy touches the southeast edge of the parcel No 1516 K. Vranovice under Tremšín. From there it continues to the west along the draw in the meadow and the north edge of the parcel No 1521 k. Vranovice under Tremšín, then 20 m after the edge of the parcel No 1491 k. vranovice under Tremšín, which subsequently overloads and continues along the north edge of the parcel No 1431 k. Hochél, the southern edge of which is heading northwest. It continues along the eastern edge of the plot No. 821 / 1 k. hudějl (edge of the forest) towards the south about 215 m and then along the road and edge of the forest towards the west. It passes on the southern edge of the parcel 827 k. u. It flips and then turns north on the border of the forest and the western edge of the plot 967 and 821 / 1 k. u. Then it leads again along the western edge of the parcel No. 821 / 1 k. och. Hodoumíl and then connects to the cadastral border of Rožmitál under Tremšín / Hodoumýl direction north. After about 570 m he turns from this border and continues along the edge of the forest, from the left passing the pond (the west edge of the plot 2664 and 2268 / 3 k. u. Here from the border k. Ú. turns along the road to the southeast direction the village Buková, after about 305 m from the road turns southwest and further leads along the edge of the forest and the eastern edge of the plots no. 430, 420 / 47 k. ú. Buková near Rožmitál pod Tremšín. It crosses the paved road near the estate of Koukalka (the western edge of the plot 420 / 68 and the southern edge of the plot 420 / 67 K. Buková at Rožmitál pod Tremšín) and along the eastern edge of the plot 118 / 3 K. Buková at Rožmitál pod Tremšín passes along the edge of the green road to the field road, along this road and at the same time the northwest edge of the plot 119 / 1 and 102 / 3 K. Buková at Rožmitál pod Tremšín leads further through the meadow to the southwest to the forest. It then holds about 130 m of the edge of the forest and the southeast edge of the plot no. 428 k. Buková near Rožmitál under Tremšín. Subsequently it passes through the part of the meadow (eastern edge of lots No 1370 / 15, 1370 / 17, 1370 / 12 k. zášín), non-forest greenery (eastern edge of lots No 1370 / 14 k. zášín) and turns along the edge of a draw (southern edge of lots No 1543 k. ozášín) to the west to the field road. After this it is heading about 190 m north-west towards the edge of the forest (south-west edge of the plot No 1542 / 3 k. zášín), crossing the parcel No 1542 / 4 k. ou. The hanging line and along the edge of the forest continues to the west (south edge of the plot No 1405 / 27 k. Věšín, east and south edge of the parcel No 1405 / 32 k. zášín), after about 165 m the edge of the forest is closing to the north and the border of the protected landscape area continues along it (west edge of the lots No 1381 / 1 and 1405 / 5 k. Věšín). The border of the protected landscape area then turns to the west and then to the south on the north edge of the plot No 1405 / 3 k. zášín and then on the east edge of the plot No 1420 / 1 and the west edge of the plot No 1405 / 23, both k. The eastern edge of lots No 1420 / 2 and 1420 / 3 k. zášín follows and then continues west around the estate and further (the eastern edge of lots No 1381 / 5 and 1381 / 34 k. zášín) to the road I / 19. Following it turns west towards Tesla, after about 280 m it passes at the eastern edge of the plot 1583 / 26 k. ou. Shortly it goes on the west edge of plot No 1583 / 5 k. The hangman turns over the green to the south and holds the edge of the draw (east edge of parcel No 1433 / 1 k. The settlement of the border of the protected landscape area passes gradually from the east, from the north and then from the west (west edge of the plot No 1430 / 1 and 1430 / 6 ku. Hangen, south edge of the plot No 1430 / 5 and 1430 / 12 ku. Hangen, southeast edge of the plot No 1441 / 1 ku. The tower, the eastern edge of the plot No 1541 / 6 ku. The tower, the northeastern edge of the plot No 1009 / 6 k. The tower, the eastern edge of the plot No 1012 / 3, the eastern edge of the plot No 1012 / 1, 1009 / 6, 1062 / 5, 1009 / 6 and 1008 / 1 k. Ou. The tower is then facing along the water and along the northern edge of the road no. 1604 / 1 to the east. After about 360 m at the bridge, it is connected to the field road (the north edge of the plot No 1002 / 21 and 1547 / 1 k. u. Zášín) and after that it leads another about 620 m to the east, at the point of crossing with the next field route (the interface of the plot No 933 / 75 and 933 / 76 k. u. Zášín) it turns south to the watercourse (along the eastern edge of the lot No 933 / 9 k. Úšín). It leads to the east downstream of the river (at its north bank) to the road Věšín - Huta pod Tremšín (plot No 1560 / 2 k. zášín), which passes and continues along the left bank of the creek to the lot No. 312 / 8 k. Old Rožmitál, which turns south along its western edge and further along the stream of the Chýn stream to the southeast at the eastern edge of the lot No. 302 / 4 and 302 / 5 k. Old Rožmitál. After about 105 m he turns to the west along the southern edge of the plots No.311 / 2 and 865 k. Old Rožmitál, passes through the tree line and meadow and then connects to the field road towards the west (north edge of the parcel No.1562 / 1 k. Hangen). In the place where the bridge meets the right-hand presence of the Skalice, the border of the protected landscape area continues around 125 m along the border k. ú. Huta pod Tremšín / Stášín to the west, then connects to the road Věšín - Huta pod Tremšín, followed by about 800 m towards Huta pod Tremšín. Behind the bridge over the stream which flows into the Great Kocč Pond, in the place of the plot No. 246 / 3 k. huta pod Tremšín, the border of the protected landscape area turns along the western edge of the parcel and further circumvents the agricultural farm from the north to the southern edge of the plot No. 246 / 7, 246 / 8, 386 / 4, 386 / 5 and 386 / 9 k. ook. Huta pod Tremšín. It passes along the northern border of lots Nos 385 / 29, 385 / 19 and 385 / 32 k. ook. Huta pod Tremšín and further passes through lots Nos 385 / 5, 385 / 27 and 385 / 22 k. ou. Huta pod Tremšín perpendicular to the road on which the west edge of the lot is heading south. After about 170 m it turns southwest along the southern edge of the plot No. 399 / 47 k. ú. Huta pod Tremšín, along the non-forest green and around the construction of the plot Hutí pod Tremšín, further copies the southern edge of the plot No. 399 / 50, 399 / 51, 399 / 46 k. ou. Huta pod Tremšín and along the eastern edge of the plot No. 400 / 8 k. Ou. Huta pod Tremšín and then turns south on the field road No. 439 / 3 k. Huta pod Tremšín, on which goes about 170 m to the west to the edge of the lot No. 364 k. Ou. Huta pod Tremšín, along the eastern edge of the meadow further to the south. It passes along the forest and buildings (the eastern edge of the plots No 361 / 1 and 361 / 4 k. ohta pod Tremšín) and then turns northwest along the road, turning southwest around 150 m after the edge of the woods along the southeast edge of the lot No. 359 / 5 k. Huta pod Tremšín. It crosses the road (plot No 441 ku. Huta pod Tremšín) and along the eastern edge of the plot No 420 / 44 ku. Huta pod Tremšín bypasses the installation, dives into the forest and along the northeastern edge of the plot No 352 / 2 ku. Huta pod Tremšín moves to road III / 19111. It is then set southwest around the building, after about 200 m it turns east along the cottage settlement and connects to the cadastral border of Huta under Tremšín / Voltuš. After this, another 620 m continues, at the crossing point with the forest stream is separated from the boundary of the cadastral and continues along the edge of the forest along the north-east edge of the parcel No 631 / 1 K. Voltage, north edge of the parcel No 624 / 12 and 631 / 15 K. Voltage, west edge of the lot No 561 K. Voltage, west and north edge of the parcel No 557 / 3 K. Voltage and then north-east edge of the lot No 557 / 4, 557 / 1, 557 / 2 and 557 / 1. Voltage. It passes through the forest along the edge of the parcel No. 549 k. ú. Voltuš to Road II / 191, after which it is heading southwest towards Roželov. In the place of the forest estate Na Dadek turns southeast on the forest road (direction Vacíkov), passes past the peaks of the Great Mountain and Na Skaly and in the place where the road comes out of the forest, turns south on the edge of the forest and the southeast edge of the parcel No. 359 / 1 k. ou. Vacíkov.
