Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 38a (4) of Act No. 21 / 1992 Coll., on Banks, as amended by Act No. 126 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 285 / 2009 Coll.:
In § 3 (2) of Decree No. 164 / 2002 Coll., on the conditions for access to information in the information database of the Czech National Bank - Central Credit Register, at the end of point (c) comma is replaced by a dot and point (d) is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2010.
