Explanatory notes:
1. Method of determination according to ČSN EN ISO 9308-1 - or Colilert ® -18 / Quanti-Tray ® method (patent numbers in the USA: 5.610.029 of 11 March 1997; 5.518.892 of 21 May 1996; of 15 April 1997 5.753.456 of 19 May 1998).
2. In the pool inflow, the value shall not exceed 20 cfu / 1 ml.
3. Method of determination according to CSN EN ISO 6222.
4. Method of determination according to EN 12780.
5. Method of determination according to CSN EN ISO 6888-1, but in point 4.1, the membrane filtration technique of the 100 ml water sample shall be used instead.
6. Recirculated water in the pool inflow must meet 0 cfu / 100 ml. It is not necessary to carry out the Legionel test if the water temperature is continuously below 23 ° C.
7. Method of determination according to CSN ISO 11731.
8. The result shall be reported as a unit according to the method used to determine: F (t) or F (n), where t means turbidimetric and n non-phelometric methods.
9. In justified cases, a wider pH range may be allowed, but not higher than pH = 9,5 and lower than pH = 6; the range of 6,5 - 7,6 is optimal for effective disinfection. Where pH measurements are not carried out automatically continuously, measurements shall be made on the spot at sampling.
10. If the COD value of the treated water is lower than the water filling value, the reference value of the indicator in the filling water shall be taken to be the value measured in the water after treatment of the filling water. In the case of high chloride water (above 300 mg / l), the modified method, the Schulz-Papp method, shall be used for the determination of COD.
11. Applies to swimming pools. For children's pools and paddling pools, it is appropriate that the free chlorine content in the water of the children's swimming pool and paddling pool, taking into account the higher sensitivity of the child's body to chlorine, should be at a lower value of the range, i.e. 0,3 mg / l.
12. Applies to bath pools with a temperature not exceeding 32 ° C.
13. Applies to bath pools with a temperature above 32 ° C.
14. The determination shall be carried out on the spot during sampling. For waters containing bromide and iodide, free halogen, calculated as chlorine, is determined. Derogations from the limit value up to ± 20 per cent are tolerated.
15. The determination shall be carried out on the spot when sampling. Calculated from the difference between total chlorine and free chlorine. For waters containing bromide and iodide, bound halogen is determined as chlorine.
16. Only to be determined if ozone is used in water treatment.
17. Measured by electrode Ag / AgCl 3,5 M KCl. Measured values are given only with the indication of the appropriate electrode or conversion. The determination shall preferably be carried out in stationary measurement and registration instruments with continuous measurement.
18. For water with a share of chlorides > 5000 mg / l as well as for water containing bromides and iodides at > 0,5 mg / l, the value for the appropriate redox potential should be determined experimentally.
19. In swimming pools for infants and toddlers, the redox value shall be ≥ 680 ± 20 mV for pH 6,5 - 7,3 and ≥ 700 ± 20 mV for pH 7,3 - 7,6. These values need not be observed in pools without recirculation, which are infused with drinking water and in which water is replaced after each use or into which drinking water is continuously flowing.
20. In the case of use of ozone in water treatment, the limit value of nitrates shall be 30 mg / l above the water filling value. ';
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
