on the adjustment of the tariff during the transitional period.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The Government may, from 1 January 1949 to 31 December 1953, in view of the exceptional world economic circumstances, in particular monetary and price conditions, regulate the tariff quota for the Czechoslovak customs territory.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1949; it shall be implemented by the Finance Minister in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
