DECLARATION
of 24 August 2012
amending Decree No 94 / 2010 Coll., concerning certain animal health and veterinary requirements for the transport and processing of animal by-products
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., to implement Section 41 (5) (a) of the Act:
Decree No 94 / 2010 Coll., concerning certain animal health and veterinary requirements for the transport and processing of animal by-products, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (a), the words "for transport" shall be replaced by the words "for collection (collection) and transport."
2. The heading of Section 2 reads:
"Colour labelling of packaging, containers and vehicles used for the collection (collection) and transport of animal by-products'.
3. In Article 2 (1), in the introductory part of the provision, the words "in which materials are transported 'are replaced by the words" intended to collect (collect) or transport materials'.
4. In Article 2 (2), the words "collection (collection)" shall be inserted after the word "time" and "sticker" shall be replaced by the words "label or symbol."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2012.
