According to § 17 (4) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, the Ministry of Health provides:

Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll., which publishes a list of health performance with point values, as amended by Decree No. 55 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 135 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 449 / 2000 Coll. and Decree No. 101 / 2002 Coll., is amended as follows:
In the Annex to Decree No 134 / 1998 Coll. in Chapter 603 - gyno and obstetrics, headings 63054 and 63055 read:
