GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 July 2000
laying down the graphic form of the CE marking
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the amendment and addition of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll., to implement § 13 (6) of the Act:
(1) The graphic form of the CE marking is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
(2) If the CE marking is reduced or enlarged, the proportions given by the grid in the figure shall be maintained.
(3) The different parts of the CE marking shall be substantially of the same height, which shall not be less than 5 mm, unless otherwise provided in another Government Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of the publication of the Protocol to the Europe Agreement on Conformity Assessment and Acceptance of Industrial Products in the Collection of International Treaties.
