Notice from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic on the issue of a decree issuing a salary order for prosecutors and investigators of the district and district prosecutors and legal candidates of the prosecution in the Czech Republic

Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic
pursuant to Section 123 (2) of the Labour Code, in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Union of Workers of State Bodies and Organisations, the Decree of 2 July 1990 No 1254 / 2 / 90, which sets out the salary rules for prosecutors and investigators of the District and District Prosecutor's Office and the legal candidates of the Prosecutor's Office in the Czech Republic.
The proceeds, which shall take effect on the date of their publication, shall cover the rates of basic and functional salaries and salaries for management activities and shall lay down the conditions for the granting of personal allowances.
This revenue shall be abolished:
1. Order No 10 / 1978 of the Prosecutor-General of the Czech Republic of the Czech Republic, as amended by order No 4 / 1981 of the Prosecutor-General of 30 June 1981, Order No 5 / 1983 of the Prosecutor-General of the District Attorney-General of 30 May 1983 and Order of the Prosecutor-General of the Czech Socialist Republic, Order No 3 / 1985 of the Prosecutor-General of 13 May 1985;
2. Article 2 of Order No 5 / 1988 of the Prosecutor-General of the Czech Republic of 8 August 1988 on the starting salaries of university graduates.
