imposing a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provision of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreement of higher degree was imposed on it:
Collective higher-level contract for the forestry sector 2013 - 2016
(Part A. 2013 - 2016;
Part B. 2013 - 2014)
concluded between Contracting Parties
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry
and
The trade union of workers of the woodworking industry, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic.
