DECLARATION
of 22 September 2011
amending Decree No. 30 / 2001 of the Ministry of Transport and Communications Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to Section 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 53 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 480 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll., (hereinafter "the Act ') for the implementation of Sections 67 (1) and 11 of the Act:
Decree No. 30 / 2001 Coll., implementing the rules on road traffic and the adaptation and management of road traffic, as amended by Decree No. 153 / 2003 Coll. and Decree No. 193 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence of the Decree, "Section 67 (7) 'is replaced by" Section 67 (1) and (11)'.
2. in Article 12 (1) (m), including footnote 11:
"(m)" Reserved Parking "(IP 12 No); details of who the parking lot is reserved for, such as the name of the organisation, the registration number, the device symbol or the wheelchair space (11) and, where appropriate, the time at which they are listed on the additional table; such data may also be indicated on the sign instead of the inscription, such as" RESERVE ', "TAXI'," BUS '; outside the period for which the parking lot is reserved, they may stop at such a designated place and state the drivers of other vehicles, unless otherwise prohibited; where applicable, the established standing method shall be similar to those on the marks No IP 11b to No IP 11g; mark No IP 12, where the symbol of the device or space for wheelchair occupants (11), indicating the parking lot reserved under the special Regulation (6a), shall always be accompanied by the horizontal sign "Reserved parking for a vehicle carrying a person severely disabled' (No V 10f); the mark shall cease to apply to marks No B 28 and No B 29;
11) Annex No. 4, point 1, of Decree No. 398 / 2009 Coll., on general technical requirements for the barrier-free use of buildings. '
3. In Article 21 (1) (f), the words "person severely affected or severely affected 'are replaced by the words" person severely disabled'.
4. Paragraph 21 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) On the surface marked by the horizontal road sign No V 10f, only a vehicle marked with a parking licence identifying the vehicle carrying a person with a severe disability may stop and stand. The sign" Reserved parking for a vehicle transporting a person severely disabled "(No V 10f) is always accompanied by the sign" Reserved parking "No IP 12, where the symbol of the device or space for persons in a wheelchair is given. 11. '
5. The text above § 27 reads: "[K § 5 (1) (d) and § 67 (1) and (11) of the Act]."
6. in Paragraph 27 (1) (a):
"(a)" A parking licence identifying a vehicle carrying a person severely disabled "(No O 7)."
7. in Article 27 (1) (e):
"(e)" Vehicle designation of the visiting physician "(No O 5)."
8. In Paragraph 27, at the end of paragraph 3, the sentence "The representation and method of completion of the parking licence identifying the vehicle transporting the person severely disabled (No O 7) is added to Annex 12. '
9. In Annex 7, the representation of the vehicle's special marking The marking of the vehicle transporting the person severely disabled or severely affected by O 1 shall be deleted and the words "Vehicle designation of the practitioner on duty 'shall be replaced by the words" Vehicle designation of the visitor's doctor'.
10. The following Annex 12 is inserted after Annex 11:

The parking licence for a vehicle carrying a person with a severe disability shall be 106 x 148 mm and shall be marked with a watermark with the model "lime leaves." Data on the holder shall be completed in machine or in capital letters using a 0,5 mm light-stable marker. After the photo has been completed and affixed, the paper licence is laminated with a protective liner. '
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
