Ministry of Health
of 26 November 1998
declaring other sources of naturally occurring mineral water as natural or table mineral resources and repealing the declaration of certain sources as natural medical resources
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to Sections 47 and 49 of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1993 Coll.:
Declaration of natural medical resources and natural mineral waters of table
§ 1
Natural medical resources shall be declared as:
(a) the source Ida III (BV 301) situated on land parcel No 59 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Belanoves, Náhod district; the natural source of the medicine is a natural, slightly mineralised acid of the bicarbonate-sulphate-sodium-calcium type with increased arsenic content, cold, hypotonic;
(b) the source Ida IV (BV 304) situated on plot 59 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Belanoves, the district of Náhod; the natural source of the medicine is a natural, free acid of bicarbonate-sulphate-calcium-sodium-magnesium type with increased arsenic content, cold, hypotonic;
(c) the S6 spring situated on plot 576 / 1 of the Belanoves cadastral territory, the Náhod district; the natural source of the medicine is a natural medium mineralized iron acid of the bicarbonate-sodium-calcium type, with increased arsenic and silicon acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(d) the source BVJ 3 situated on plot 795 / 4 of the cadastral territory of Josefov near Hodonin; the natural medical source is a natural strongly mineralized, ferrous, iodine mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased content of bromide, thermal, hypertonic;
(e) the source "U vila" situated on plot 217 of the cadastral territory of Kostelec u Zlín, Zlín district; the natural source of the medicine is the natural weakly mineralised, sulphur mineral water of the bicarbonate-sulphate-calcium-sodium type, cold, hypotonic;
(f) the "V Chapel" spring situated on plot No 282 of the cadastral territory of Kostelec u Zlín, Zlín district; the natural source of the medicine is the natural weakly mineralised sulphur mineral water of the bicarbonate-sulphate-calcium-sodium type, cold, hypotonic;
(g) source HV 3 located on plot No 693 / 1 of the cadastral area of Louka at Mariánské Lázně, Sokolov district; The natural source of the medicine is a natural, weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-magnesium type, with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(h) the source HV 5 located on plot 694 / 1 of the cadastral area of Louka at Mariánské Lázně, Sokolov district; the natural source of the medicine is a natural, weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-magnesium type, with increased nickel and silicon acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(i) source HV 6 located on plot No 694 / 1 of the cadastral area of Louka at Mariánské Lázně, Sokolov district; The natural source of the medicine is a natural, weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-magnesium type, with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(j) the source HV 301 located on plot No 1979 of the cadastral territory of the Hranice district of Přerov; The natural source of the medicine is a natural, weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-calcium type, with increased fluorides, cold, hypotonic;
(k) the source HV 5 located on plot 1199 of the cadastral territory of Monasterec nad Ohří, the district of Chomutov; the natural source of medicine is the natural weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-sodium type, cold, hypotonic;
(l) the spring BV 12 situated on land parcel No 366 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Kokashice, Tachov county; the natural source of medicine is a natural free ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-magnesium-type, with increased silica, cold, hypotonic;
(m) the source 3G situated on land parcel No 3164 / 50 of the cadastral territory of Pasohlavka (formerly Musov), the district of Breclav; the natural source of the medicine is a natural weakly mineralised sulphur mineral water of the chloride-sodium type, with increased fluoride content, thermal, hypotonic;
n) the source Cyril - Methodius located on plot 211 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Skalka u Prostějov, district of Prostějov; the natural source of the medicine is the natural, weakly mineralised sulphur mineral water of the chloride-bicarbonate-sodium type, with increased fluoride content, cold, hypotonic;
(o) the spring of Svatopluk III situated on land parcel No 211 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Skalka u Prostějov, district Prostějov; the natural source of the medicine is the natural, weakly mineralised sulphur mineral water of the chloride-bicarbonate-sodium type, with increased fluoride content, cold, hypotonic;
(p) the spring of Vincentka II (BJ 303) situated on land parcel No 839 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Luhačovice, Zlín county; the natural source of medicine is a natural medium-mineralized iodine acid of the bicarbonate-chloride-sodium type, with increased lithium, barium, fluoride and boric acid, cold, hypotonic;
(q) the spring of Jaroslav (BJ 331) situated on land parcel No 816 / 8 of the cadastral territory of Luhačovice, Zlín district; The natural source of the medicine is a natural strongly mineralized iodine acid of the bicarbonate-chloride-sodium type, with increased levels of lithium, barium, bromide and boric acid, cold, hypertonic.
§ 2
Table natural mineral waters shall be declared as:
(a) spring BV 3 situated on plot 1220 / 3 of the cadastral territory of Brodek u Přerov, Přerov district; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-sodium-calcium type, with an increased content of silica acid, cold, hypotonic;
(b) a source of HV 9 situated on land parcel No 156 / 5 of the cadastral territory of Kylka, Karlovy Vary district; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized hydrocarbonate-sodium acid type, with increased fluoride content, cold, hypotonic;
(c) the source HV 15 situated on land parcel No 173 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Kylka, district of Karlovy Vary; Table natural mineral water is a weakly mineralised hydrocarbonate-sodium acid type, with increased fluorides and silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(d) the source BJ 101 situated on plot 638 / 3 of the cadastral territory of the Seven Courts, the district of Bruntál; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized iron acid of the bicarbonate-calcium type, with an increased content of silicon acid, cold, hypotonic;
(e) the source HV 4 situated on plot 2495 of the cadastral territory of Prameny, district Cheb; the table's natural mineral water is free of ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium type, with increased silica, cold, hypotonic;
(f) a source of HV 5 situated on plot 2495 of the cadastral territory of Prameny, district of Cheb; the table's natural mineral water is free of ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium type, with increased silica and low sodium content, cold, hypotonic;
(g) source HV 6 located on plot 1494 of the cadastral territory of Prameny, district Cheb; the natural mineral water of the table is free of ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium type, with increased silica, cold, hypotonic;
(h) source HV 7 located on plot 1494 of the cadastral territory of Prameny, district Cheb; the natural mineral water of the table is free of ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium type, with increased silica, cold, hypotonic;
(i) spring M 1 situated on plot 785 of the cadastral territory of Upper Moštěnice, Přerov district; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralised acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-sodium type, with increased fluorides, cold, hypotonic;
(j) the source HT 1 located on plot 121 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Burátev, the district of Nymburk; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-chloride-sodium-calcium type, cold, hypotonic;
(k) the source BJ 20 located on plot No 427 / 9 of the Coronné cadastral territory, Karlovy Vary district; the table's natural mineral water is a slightly mineralised acid of the bicarbonate-sodium-calcium type, with an increased content of silicon acid, cold, hypotonic;
(l) the source BJ 21 located on plot No 430 / 4 of the cadastral territory of the Crown, Karlovy Vary district; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralised acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-sodium-magnesium type, cold, hypotonic;
(m) the source of ČVJ 1, located on the parcel No 291 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Chíhaná u Poutnova, district of Karlovy Vary; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralized free ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium type, with an increased content of silica acid, cold, hypotonic;
(n) the source of ČVJ 3 located on plot No 250 of the cadastral territory of Babice u Poutnova, Karlovy Vary district; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralized ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-sodium-magnesium type, with an increased content of silica acid, cold, hypotonic;
(o) the source of ČVJ 4 located on plot No 250 of the cadastral territory of Babice u Poutnova, Karlovy Vary district; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralized ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-calcium-sodium-magnesium type, with an increased content of silica acid, cold, hypotonic;
(p) the source BJ 16 located on land parcel No 21 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Kouty near Poděbrad, the district of Nymburk; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized acid of the bicarbonate-chloride-sodium-calcium type, cold, hypotonic;
(q) the source HV 1 located on plot No 473 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Mýtina, district of Cheb; The natural mineral water table is a weakly mineralized ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-sulfonic-chloride-sodium type, with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(r) the source HV 2 situated on plot 718 / 3 of the cadastral territory of Mýtina, district of Cheb; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-sulfonic-chloride-sodium type, cold, hypotonic;
(s) the source BJ 69A situated on plot No 830 of the cadastral territory of Mariánska Lazne, district Cheb; the table's natural mineral water is a slightly mineralised sulphonic-hydrogen carbonate-sodium-type acid, with an increased content of silicon acid, cold, hypotonic;
(t) the source HV 101 situated on plot No 830 of the cadastral territory of Mariánské Lazne, district Cheb; the table's natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-sulphate-sodium type, with increased silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(u) the source HV 22 situated on plot 1268 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Nová Ves u Sokolov, Sokolov district; natural mineral water is a weakly mineralized ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-magnesium type, with an increased content of silica and nickel, cold, hypotonic;
(v) the source HV 23 located on plot 1268 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Nová Ves u Sokolov, Sokolov district; natural mineral water is free from ferrous acid of the bicarbonate-magnesium type, with increased nickel and silica acid content, cold, hypotonic;
(w) source HV 24 located on plot 1269 / 1 of the cadastral territory of Nová Ves u Sokolov, Sokolov district; the natural mineral water is free from acidity of the bicarbonate-magnesium type, with increased silica, cold, hypotonic;
(x) the source HV 1 situated on plot No 432 / 16 of the cadastral territory of Brtná near Lower Žandova, district Cheb; natural mineral water is free of ferrous acid bicarbonate-calcium-ferrous type, with low sodium content, cold, hypotonic.
§ 3
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
(a) point 2 of Decree No. 382-31.8.1976 of 2 September 1976 on the declaration of natural sources of water as a natural medicinal product, reg. 31 / 1976 Coll., declaring the natural medical source Petr (well NP 759) on the cadastral territory of the municipality Proskovice, Frýdek-Místek district;
(b) point 3 of Decree No CIL-482-31.8.1976 of 2 September 1976 on the declaration of natural sources of water as a natural medicinal product, reg. 31 / 1976 Coll., declaring the natural medical source Eva (well NP 760) in the cadastral territory of Stará Bělá, Frýdek-Místek district;
(c) Paragraph 1 (ch) of Decree No 1 / 1980 of the Oracle. MZ ČSR, declaring other natural sources of mineral water as natural medical resources and natural mineral waters table, reg. 11 / 1980 Coll., by which the natural source of the medical source Venerad (well NP 778) was declared in the cadastral territory of Ostrava;
(d) § 1 (k) of Decree No. 287 / 1996 Coll., declaring other sources of naturally occurring mineral waters as a natural medical source or a source of natural mineral water table by which a natural source of HV 6 was declared in the cadastral territory of the municipality of Dymokura, the district of Nymburk.
§ 4
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
