DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic
of 14 May 1992
implementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic
Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic according to § 11 of the Act ČNR No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, states:
A member of the Police of the Czech Republic (police officer) in a service (1) shall not be obliged to perform a service if he carries out another service or service whose interruption or termination would have more serious consequences than the failure to carry out a new service, in particular:
(a) carry out tasks involving the operational means of search (2) or operational means of search. (2a)
(b) if he persecutes or acts to detect or catch an offender;
(c) action taken under uniform command; 3)
(d) perform an encrypted or courier service in which the timely transmission of encrypted messages or the goods transported could be jeopardised;
(e) carry out tasks involving the use of explosives or explosive articles; 4)
(f) where it ensures the safety of protected persons; 5)
(g) at the time of training and preparation for the use of an operational means of searching for a fake transfer (6) and the use of an agent. 7)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
