Regulation of the Minister for Interior
of 23 December 1949
determining the beginning of the effectiveness of the Arms and Ammo Act
In agreement with the Minister of National Defence, the Minister of the Interior hereby orders, pursuant to Section 26 of the Act of 16 June 1949, No. 162 Coll., on weapons and ammunition:
Act No. 162 / 1949 Coll. takes effect on 1 February 1950, with the exception of the provisions of Section 24, which takes effect on the date of publication of this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
