The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 paragraph 1 (e) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 382 / 2008 Coll.:
The issuing of a green card of the type "A," "B" or "C" is entitled to request a stranger who is a national citizen

Decree No. 461 / 2008 Coll., establishing the list of countries whose nationals are entitled to apply for a green card, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 20 February 2013.
